You can expect to hear a peaceful, inspirational soundtrack in the background, which will be much needed when working on your breathing exercises. Les Mills Core workout is scientifically proven to tone your core and heighten your sports performance. With this workout, you will not only build strength, stability, and endurance, you will improve your balance and become better with everything you do. Trained instructors will help guide you through your technique while using resistance tubes and weight plates (not included with the plan). Many users claim to have a lot of issues getting the app to work across a variety of devices. Another big complaint that we have is the depth of information and workouts available. What We Dislike About Beachbody
Beachbody is a great company that offers a lot of versatility in terms of the types of workouts and the style of coach you use, but in our opinion, it is too salesy. We dislike that anybody can join Team Beachbody and become a coach, claiming to be an expert, to make a sale. This is somewhat “sleazy” and the ultimate focus of the program at that point becomes about sales and not about helping people lose weight.

Both Les Mills and Beachbody are terrific workout plans but differ from each other in a few ways.
Based on the price differences alone, we would recommend going with Les Mills as it offers a longer free trial and is more affordable. Beachbody may offer more types of workouts, but Les Mills has a wide variety of workouts as well that do basically the same thing.
