We all need extra help every once in a while, right?
I know I always need help supporting a healthy body and immune system. I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t sick. For the last couple of months, I’ve constantly been sick. Every time I’m sick with something new, my husband always asks me why my immune system is so bad. I always shrug my shoulders and keep on moving with my day.
But, you know what? I’m tired of being sick.
So, I started looking around for different supplements to help boost my immune system. I’ve completely lost faith in Vitamin C tablets because they didn’t stop me from getting sick the last couple of times.
They were two supplements I narrowed my search down to Immuno 150 vs. Balance of Nature. I decided to order both to test them out, to see if there was any sort of difference I noticed in my immune system and how I felt.

Main Differences between Immuno 150 vs. Balance of Nature
- Immuno 150 is a supplement that supports your immune health, whereas Balance of Nature is a supplement that focuses on supporting your overall health and wellbeing.
- Immuno 150 is made with vitamins and minerals, whereas Balance of Nature is made up of a combo of fruits and vegetables
- Immuno 150 requires five capsules per serving, whereas Balance of Nature requires six
- Immuno 150 is much more affordable, whereas Balance of Nature requires an investment upfront
- Balance of Nature offers free health coaching to members, whereas Immuno 150 doesn’t offer anything like this
Immuno 150
Immuno 150 is here to deliver what your diet is lacking: immune system support. The blend inside of this supplement was specially made to help strengthen your immune system. Who wants to take fewer sick days? I know I do!
But, fewer sick days aren’t the only thing Immuno 150 helps to fight against. Immuno 150 claims their blend also supports immune system support to keep your skin looking young, as well!
After I spent some time researching Immuno 150, I felt like Immuno 150 was another one of those gimmicky sites. I didn’t feel like I had a lot of buyer confidence after I looked over their site. They didn’t provide any links to research or lab-testing to back up the claims they have on their site. They don’t link to any social media; I would assume they would at least have a Facebook page linking to positive customer reviews.
Plus, their buying process seems kind of fishy. There’s no product page or product description for their product. All of the info they have on their supplement is on their home page. Not to mention, the process Immuno 150 uses to extract all of the ingredients they’ve put inside of their formula isn’t clear either. Since they’ve made it a point to highlight that their supplement is organic (and even make claims that it’s vegan, even though it isn’t), I feel like they should be proud to display their extraction processes.
Ingredients
Inside of their supplement, Immuno 150 says you’ll find “everything your body needs.” They claimed there are:
- 12 vitamins
- 17 herbs
- Nine exotic fruits
- CoQ10
- 17 antioxidants
- 70 trace minerals
- Vitamin b12 (25,000% of your recommended daily intake)
- Amino acids
- Lycopene
- Lutein
- Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9
A lot of the ingredients inside of the Immuno 150 support are at high doses; for example, there’s 402% of your recommended Vitamin E daily intake, 692% of your recommended Riboflavin intake, 571% of Chromium, and 182% of your Selenium recommended intake.
My concern is for people who are taking any sort of prescribed medication; I think this may be potentially dangerous to take. I wish there was some sort of Doctor review on this supplement, considering how high the intake for some of these ingredients is. Even a lab report would be awesome to look at, but that isn’t something Immuno 150 offers.
To me, it just feels shady.

- Claims to be a vegan product, but it contains fish oil
- Gimmicky site; a lot of claims are made, but nothing to back up these claims
Balance of Nature
I don’t feel like it’s fair to compare Balance of Nature to Immuno 150. They’re marketed differently. However, Balance of Nature is similar to Immuno 150 because of the variety of fruits and vegetables inside the supplements. While both of these supplements claim to be beneficial to our overall health, I have an easier time feeling confident in the Balance of Nature.
They had product descriptions for each of their supplements offered. I loved how easy it was to find their third-party testing and all of the science behind their supplements. I also loved that Balance of Nature doesn’t make any health claims on their products. While they do say their supplements will help you feel better, they don’t make claims like Immuno 150 does. Another reason why I trust them more.
Also, I felt like their website was easier to use. They had an FAQ section, another section about shipping and returns, and a place where I could contact Balance of Nature. Add the health coaching Balance of Nature offers, and what more could you ask for?
I also love knowing I can give these supplements to my son, too. I can sprinkle a capsule into a smoothie or oatmeal bowl, and I’ll feel a lot better knowing he’s getting a full serving of fruits and vegetables. That takes a lot of stress off of my shoulders!
If I had to pick ONE natural supplement, I would lean towards Balance of Nature here because it is more cost effective and focused greens and fruits offering. Plus, the customer service is GREAT and they don't lock into monthly payments. That’s not the only reason why I fell in love with Balance of Nature, either. I love how much better I feel on Balance of Nature too. I noticed a huge difference in how much more energy I had.
Plus, I didn’t feel as bloated as I normally do throughout the month. I felt like I could get a lot more done with my time. I didn’t notice as many headaches. Overall, I physically felt so much better. And I haven’t gotten sick since I started taking Balance of Nature!

I like how Balance of Nature doesn’t offer a percentage of the recommended daily value on their supplements. It makes me feel a lot more confident!

Other Alternatives to Consider
Don’t feel like Balance of Nature or Immuno 150 are the right fit for you? No worries! Here are a couple of alternatives to consider:
Pure Nature
KaraMD Pure Nature is pretty similar to Balance of Nature. I would recommend Pure Nature if you want the fruits and vegetables supplements but also want other supplements to choose from too. I know shopping around for different supplements at the grocery (or health) store can be overwhelming, so buying them all from the same place makes everything a lot easier!
Pure Nature offers supplements to support heart health, immune system health, and healthy sleep cycles. Plus, all of their supplements are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free!
Texas Superfood
Love Balance of Nature, but looking to save some money? Texas Superfood is a comparable brand. However, one of the main focuses of Texas Superfood is supporting healthy sleep cycles. Also, I love how the supplements offered by Texas Superfood come in both capsule and powder form options!
Vitamineral Greens
Need a supplement from an exclusively vegan company? Vintamineral Greens has something to offer you! Vitamineral Greens focus more on supporting energy levels and immunity, whereas the Balance of Nature focuses on supporting the overall health of the body.
Juice Plus
I love Juice Plus because of how open they are about the science behind their products. There are a lot of health claims made by Juice Plus (like supporting your lung health), but they also show the science to back up all of these claims. More importantly, I love how they don’t focus exclusively on the health benefits offered by their supplement. They say their product ensures you’re getting enough vitamins and minerals if you aren’t able to eat all of your fruits and veggie servings in a day. Taking Juice Plus feels more like I’m doing it because I want to feel good, not just fix some illnesses.
FAQs
Question: What is the monthly cost of Balance of Nature?
Answer: One set from Balance of Nature (the fruits supplement, the vegetable supplement, and the fiber supplement) will last you one month.
You can get yourself Balance of Nature every month for $90 if you order off of their website. If you order from Amazon, you’ll be paying $100 a month.
But, if you’re looking to save money, I would recommend you go with their monthly subscription plan. You can get yourself the complete Balance of Nature set for $70 a month. Woohoo!
Question: How many Balance of Nature pills do you take a day?
Answer: You’ll take six capsules a day. You’ll have to take three of the Fruits supplement, and three of the Veggies supplement to get a full recommended serving.
Balance of Nature vs Immuno 150 – Who’s the winner?
Balance of Nature, hands down. Balance of Nature presents itself to be such a trustworthy company; I don’t feel like Balance of Nature is out to take my money. It doesn’t feel like a scam. Their third-party testing, the doctor reviewed, and they’ve got tons of customer reviews.
I also love how Balance of Nature was formulated by a doctor too, which makes me trust their supplements even more. Immuno 150 doesn’t mention anything about medical reviewing or medical support while formulating their product (which is another reason why I don’t trust them). I love the backstory behind why Balance of Nature came to life!
I know that Balance of Nature is more expensive in the long run, but I feel like you’re paying more money for something you know you can trust. Plus, the added fiber supplement to help support my gut health is an awesome addition to the company too!
Immuno 150 doesn’t seem like a trustworthy company to me. I’m so happy with how I feel after taking my Balance of Nature supplements!
I don’t feel like the pricing of the Balance of Nature supplements is too bad either. I think it’s a lot cheaper compared to the cost of what I would have to pay for taking more time off of work, doctor’s appointments, and antibiotics that don’t always work.
My winner is Balance of Nature.
If I had to pick ONE natural supplement, I would lean towards Balance of Nature here because it is more cost effective and focused greens and fruits offering. Plus, the customer service is GREAT and they don't lock into monthly payments.
