I’ve been testing mindbodygreen’s Creatine with Taurine+ on my own recently, comparing my experience to that of other users to find out just how well this supplement really works. Your results may vary, but this should give you an idea of what to expect.

mindbodygreen’s Creatine with Taurine+ is advertised to improve lean muscle, strength, and mental clarity, along with reducing fatigue, muscle soreness, and brain fog. But how do these promises stack up in real life?
The most noticeable result among myself and others was an increase in stamina. I’ve been taking it in the mornings before I go to the gym, and I’ve personally noticed a slower time to fatigue. In my experience, I consistently have the energy to push through another couple of reps and hit the latter end of my workout with more enthusiasm. Many people notice these benefits outside of the gym as well, mentioning that it gives them energy throughout the workday or endurance to play with their kids and grandkids.

It was nice to see raspberry juice extract for the flavoring, as opposed to the menagerie of artificial flavors and fillers found in other supplements.
Mixability

I’m not someone who expects any powder to dissolve and mix perfectly into a drink. Water is water, and mixing something in is pretty much always going to add a texture. This supplement came pretty close, though. I put the raspberry flavor in a plain water bottle without a shaker, and it combined just as well as most powdered drink mixes (think electrolyte tablets, powdered lemonade, etc.). Though it definitely helps to shake the bottle before drinking if it’s been sitting for a while.
As far as the unflavored option goes, I assume it’s the same as their Creatine Brain+, which I have tried and mixes well into drinks without adding a weird flavor or texture. Though I didn’t love it in plain water, just because my skeptical brain knew there was something mixed in and kept searching for it.
